Return & Exchange Policy

I'm a sole proprietor artist based in Ontario, Canada who works with a global network of print partners for my art Prints instead of keeping inventory, so each item is custom made at the time of ordering. Because every art print is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.

1. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our art. If your print arrives damaged, creased, or contains a manufacturing error (such as the wrong size or image), we will make it right immediately.

  • How to report an issue: Please complete the Contact Form within 14 days of delivery.
  • What to include: Your Order Number, a detailed explanation and a clear photo of the damage (both the print and the packaging).
  • Resolution: We will ship a replacement copy to you at no extra cost. You do not need to return the damaged item to us; please recycle it.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns

As a sustainable, made-to-order studio, we do not hold inventory. We print every piece only when you order it. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you:

  • Changed your mind about the artwork.
  • Ordered the wrong size (please measure your wall carefully before buying).
  • Provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. Lost Packages

If your tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbours first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please reach out using the Contact Form so I can assist you.

4. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
  • If the package is not returned to us (lost due to wrong address), a new order will need to be placed at full price.

5. Order Cancellations

Our production process is automated. You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation or change. After that hour, the order goes into production and cannot be stopped or refunded.
