Do the prints come framed?
No, all prints come unframed. The frames you see in our product photos are for inspiration only. We size our prints to standard dimensions (8x10, 16x20, 24x36, etc.) so you can easily find frames to match your room's decor at a general shop (like IKEA, Michaels, or Walmart) or custom frame shops.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use museum-quality matte paper. It is thick, durable, and archival (acid-free), meaning the paper will not yellow and the colors will not fade over time. The matte finish ensures you don’t get annoying glare or reflections from windows.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but please note that every monitor and phone screen has different settings. The print you receive will have a matte, non-reflective finish, which may appear slightly softer than a backlit screen.
Do the prints have a white border?
Our prints are full-bleed (edge-to-edge) unless otherwise noted in the design.
Can I send the prints as a gift?
Absolutely! We do not include any pricing or invoices inside the package, so the recipient will only see your beautiful art.
Customization
Can I order a custom-sized print?
We can often accommodate custom sizes! Complete the Contact Form with the dimensions you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Do you do commissions or custom work?

Do you offer wholesale pricing for shops?
We love working with retailers! Please complete the Contact Form with your shop's name and location to start a discussion about my wholesale prices and order minimums.
Can I license your art for my products or marketing?
Yes, my work is available for licensing.
- What this means: If you wish to use an image of my art on a product (like a book cover, album art, or apparel, etc.) or in a digital campaign, you need a Commercial License.
- The Process: Please complete the Contact Form with details of how the image will be used, the duration, and the distribution territory. We will provide a quote based on industry-standard licensing rates.
- Note: Purchasing a physical print does not transfer the copyright or grant rights for commercial reproduction.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
As a sustainable, made-to-order studio, we do not hold inventory. Every piece is printed specifically for you when you order it. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (such as ordering the wrong size).
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that the print arrives damaged, we have your back!
- Take a photo of the damaged print AND the damaged packaging.
- Complete the Contact Form and attach the photos within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send you a brand new replacement immediately, completely free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation or address change. After that, your order has likely already moved into the production line.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Because we print every piece made-to-order, we need a few days to create your art before it ships.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days.
- Shipping Time: 3–6 business days (for US & Canada).
- Total Turnaround: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of placing the order.
Where do you ship from?
We use a localized fulfillment network to get your art to you faster and safer.
- Canadian Orders: Printed and shipped from Toronto, ON.
- USA Orders: Printed and shipped from Charlotte, NC or Los Angeles, CA.
- International: Printed at the facility closest to your delivery address to minimize carbon footprint.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
USA & Canada: No! Because we produce locally within these countries, there are no customs duties for North American orders.
International: If you are ordering outside of North America, your country’s customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.
Will I be able to track my order?
Once your order has been printed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier receives the package.
How is the art packaged?
We want your art to arrive in gallery condition.
- Small prints (8x10"): Shipped flat in rigid, stay-flat mailers.
- Large prints: (10x10" and up) Rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty triangular tubes (which are stronger than round tubes and won't roll away!).
